Covid 19

Following recent announcements and advice from our industry associations, we will be taking steps to minimise the risk to our staff, our community and to ensure we can continue to support you, our valued Landlords. As such, we have activated our Business Continuity Plan to do our bit to contain the spread of COVID-19.

From Tuesday 24th March 2020 we will implement our work from home policy, cancel all non-essential travel and postpone all face to face meetings and inspections. Our objective is to reduce health risks to our staff and the community, ensuring that we are positioned to provide uninterrupted support to our landlords through this uncertain time.

Through the use of technology, our systems and our processes, we will ensure an uninterrupted service. Although we will not be working from the office, we can work remotely with access via phone & email utilising our secure cloud based property management portal and accounting software programs.


  • If you have a vacant property or your tenants give notice during this time, please be assured it will be business as usual. Whilst we will be required to implement a few extra precautions with regards to inspections and client meetings, we will be working diligently to ensure a smooth transition between tenancies.
  • If your tenant does experience any financial hardship you will be kept informed. The government and our industry associations are reviewing options and support packages for this sector, so we will revert back with further updates when this becomes clearer.
  • With regards to routine inspections, we expect these to continue without concerns, however if a tenant does raise concerns or if they are feeling a little overwhelmed we will work with them to provide an alternate solution.
  • Should your property require any general repairs or maintenance, we do not foresee any issues here and they will be carried out with any additional precautions as and where required.
